Simplified Laws Guide to Taxation and Legal Concern
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its circular No 40/2014 dtd 15.10.2014 has extended the due date for filing the Forms under Company law Settlement Scheme 2014 for filing the backlog Annual Return forms from 15th October 2014 to 15th November 2014.
This extension has been given by the MCA in view of the representations received from various stake holders.
The corporate’s can make use of the above extension for availing the benefit of immunity CLSS 2014.

Note : Company Law Settlement Scheme (CLSS) 2014 scheme further extended up to 31-12-2014 Refer extension vide General Circular No. 44/2014 dated 14-11-2014.
