Mission Clean India 360

It is not limited to Bangalore. You visit any metro, large city, big town, a small municipality or a remote village you will find plastic bags, covers, open dustbins, unclean footpaths, stinking bus stops, horrible bus stands. You will also find cigarette, beedi, biscuits wrappers, rotten fruits, stale leftover food on all areas, be it roadside, footpath, playing grounds, shopping malls or railway stations.

Why is our country like this? Will we see a clean India during our lifetime? Who is responsible for this mess in India?

According to me, all of us are responsible, not just limited to policy makers. But somewhere the action has to start. Let the policy makers keep sufficient dustbins or garbage boxes across India. Let them create public toilets sufficiently. If they do, they have every right to ask the people to make use of them. Those we are violating the law, can be punished. Now there is no facility, you won’t find toilets or dustbins anywhere. If you find one, it won’t be in a condition to use!

So, it is both Government and the people who are collectively responsible for the mess in India.

Mr. Modi, it is you who has shown to the world that a systematic approach to elections with the help of dedicated team can win Elections! If you can adopt a similar approach to clean India through a large battalion of Namo Brigade, your internal mission group (who worked for Mission 272+) and a large population of NGOs, we will succeed.

You can make a strategy ‘Mission Clean India 360’; means a 360 degree clean and in 360 days!

Ban the production of plastic bags and covers across India. Make arrangement to rehabilitate the people plastic industry (both employees and employers) If you ban producing, where is the question of using it?  Bring a law that production of plastic bags is a criminal offence.

Secondly, through CSR model, ask bottle companies such as coco-cola, pepsi and others to sponsor public toilets, dustbins and garbage disposal centers.

Thirdly, Recruit sufficient Para-police force (Not our regular police, but a force subordinate to police force) to check public Nuisance such as throwing plastic bottles, bags, covers, urinating in public places, etc. Punish those who are not adhering to the law.

Bring in Mass awareness through Mission 360: You are good at social media, you are good at technology, you are good at marketing and you are good at making strategy to achieve the end goal. Most importantly, you are supported by Crores of volunteers who can work for you through technology andmass campaign to accomplish the desired results.

Funding for this project? Not at all difficult. You are a master in sourcing funds. If you make a project for the country and present it to World Bank, they will sanction us tons of money; ask international foundations like Gates foundation, they will support this drive like never before.

Make State government accountable: Will they not cooperate? Link the central grants for urban development or rural developments to this ‘novel’ project. Those state government who achieve high percentile of success, to be rewarded with higher grants.

Services of celebrities – Bring in Amitabh, Aamir Khan, Rajanikant, Sachin, Dravid etc who have immense influence on public at largeto this mass movement.

Mr.PM this is the time for you to act. We have heard a lot about growth and development in your speech. We would like to see your speech in action. The initiative of www.mygov.nic.in may help to get better ideas for implementation. Let’s all work together to make India clea
